Upcoming Workshops

What is your Relationship to Support?

What supports you? How to recognize, access and accept support?

In this workshop, we will use movement, somatic exercises and family constellations to explore the theme of “support”. What is our need for support and how do we find it? We will build a matrix of internal and external support and explore ways to experience more support in our life.

Family Constellations

Systemic Family Constellations address in a deep  and  profound manner current day issues at  their source, in the  family’s  past.  When issues linger and fail to resolve despite our best efforts for well-being, they are usually linked to events and conditions in the past.

“Imagine a constellation in the sky – a grouping of stars that depicts your ancestors. Each star has an invisible string of energy connecting one to another and to you. In your aliveness on this earth, you are tethered to these people of the past. You have inherited their joys and sorrows, and you may be carrying anger, loss, illness or guilt that burden your life today – even if you do not know how or why. Family Constellation Work helps you connect and correct the past so that you can move forward with inner peace.” Karen Carnabucci

Somatic Exercises

Somatic exercises allow us to explore our felt senses, posture, gestures and expressions to access information about the ways we hold on to our experiences. During the workshop, we will explore the somatic expression of support in our body.
